Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

At Suvich, customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered

  • The item is unused, in original condition, with original packaging and all tags intact

  • Supporting photos or videos must be provided while initiating the return request as proof of the issue

Returns will be picked up from the same delivery address where the product was originally delivered.


Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The item has been used

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • The issue relates to expected benefits or outcomes of the product


Return & Refund Process

1. Initiation

Please contact our customer support team at info@suvich.com with:

  • Order details

  • Reason for return (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

  • Supporting photos/videos

2. Approval

Our team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive further instructions for the return process.

3. Shipping

After approval, a prepaid shipping label will be shared. Please attach it to the package and hand it over at the designated pickup or drop-off location.

4. Refund Policy

  • For eligible returns within the 7-day window, Store Credit equivalent to the product value will be issued

  • If the product is confirmed as damaged or defective upon delivery, a full Store Credit refund will be issued

  • For partial returns, Store Credit will be issued only for the returned item(s)

5. Replacement

If a replacement is selected, it will be shipped within 7 working days after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
